tools I love that make business better

There are so many tools out there…

How can you know which ones to choose?

Every business has unique needs, but as I discover a tool worth recommending that’s made a positive impact on my business or in my client projects, I’ll add it here.

Please note that some of these are affiliate links, which means if you choose to make a purchase, I may receive a small commission.

TERMAGEDDON

If you’ve got a contact form, link to external websites, have a newsletter opt-in, or use any analytics tracking programs, you need legal language on your site, like a Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Cookie Banner.

Termageddon is founded by a licensed attorney who also serves as the Chair of the American Bar Association’s ePrivacy Committee. The company is the longest-running Privacy Policy generator listed as a vendor by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (iapp.org). It’s what I use and recommend to my clients who don’t have in-house legal support.

CANVA PRO

I love Canva Pro for everyday graphic creation. With pre-built templates, a photo library, and sizing guidance for everything from social media posts to email banner images, Canva Pro can make your business’s graphics a breeze.

It’s worth the upgrade to save and have one-click access to your brand’s fonts and colors, logos, and the option to share access with a team as you grow.

Calendly

Booking meetings, schedluing consults, and keeping on top of your calendar can feel like a full time job. Calendly has an amazing free tool (and even better, affordable paid levels) that integrates with your calendars and gives your customers 1-click scheduling options.

I use and recommend it to anyone who wants to take back some of their time and gain clarity and ease in their work schedule!
